This book presents
guidelines for what you can do for yourself if you are to stand the best
chance for realizing the promises of its title. But it is not meant as
a substitute for licensed medical aid. Indeed, you are urged to seek
the help of qualified, competent public health caretakers if you are
now, or in the future, experiencing any form of departure from health
for which solutions are already available. Accordingly, the author and
publisher of this book feel obliged to tell you that we can’t be held
responsible in the event that you may fail to remedy or cure yourself of
any form of disease, including obesity, based upon the contents of this
book. Indeed, it is important to fulfill all 6 Daily Health Requirements
(page iv) if the objectives of this book’s title are to be achieved.
Indeed, the author can’t be sure that he will successfully achieve the
last major goal he has set for himself in life. It is as follows:
Throughout 63 years of life he had been riddled with a variety of
diseases as described in Chapter 1. But in the past decade, as a result
of adhering to 7 guidelines provided in Chapters 11-17, he was able to
live entirely free of prescription drugs, entirely free of any
contagious disease such as the common cold or sore throat, and entirely
free of having to visit a doctor or dentist. He now wishes to continue
with health of this type until some time during nighttime sleep or a
daytime nap he may pass away without knowing that his end had come.
Although the author and publisher have made every effort to ensure the
accuracy and completeness of information contained in this book, we
