About the Author
Dr.
Roy Hartenstein received his
doctorate at Syracuse University on 1 June 1959. Following this he
committed all of his years of employment to college teaching, science
experiments and writing.
His teaching, aside from
being as beneficial to his students as he could make it, qualified him
to write two textbooks, Principles of Physiology
(Van Nostrand
Reinhold)
and
better yet, Human Anatomy and Physiology
(D. Van Nostrand).
His science experiments,
often done with the help of Graduate Students, qualified him to publish
70 papers in anonymously peer-refereed science journals.
The medical aspects of his
teaching and experiments qualified him to write what you are about to
read in this book. The book is revolutionary in what it says about
nutrition and disease. Unlike the flip-flopping now ongoing in schools
of nutrition and medicine, the material he presents in this book is
based solidly on the science of biology.
We as publishers believe it
will be more beneficial to your health than anything you’ve tested and
experienced so far.
