A “HOW TO” THEORY
Theory is a body of facts, none of which contradict the
others. The facts, collectively, explain some specific field of
science…the theory of evolution; the theory of cosmology; the theory of
gravity, etc.
“HOW TO Live LONGEST HEALTHIEST
LEANEST” is a theory of preventable disease. None of the facts
scattered throughout its pages contradict the other facts. Enough facts
are discussed in conjunction with enough preventable diseases to permit
us to say that only 3 principles underlie the theory. That is, if any
preventable diseases (including obesity, and therefore, by extension,
foreclosure of life) are indeed to be preventable, each cell in the body
must be: (1) adequately nourished with food rich enough in FlaxOil,
FishOil, POTASSIUM, and SULFUR---therefore rich enough in biological
cells; (2) free of acid and (3) adequately provided with oxygen.
“HOW TO” discusses enough different
forms of human disease involving enough different regions of the body
and enough different forms of living cells and non-living matter to
preclude any need to entertain or include any other information. To be
sure, an adequate quantitative intake of a wide variety of food items
from what are listed as the Top 12 Food Groups (along with maintaining
SERUM free of acid and producing enough mileage of blood capillaries)
should suffice as facts needed to confirm the theory.
While this book does not claim to
present a cure for every disease in every individual, it does maintain
that by keeping your biological cells free of acid and avoiding anything
that creates allergy, you should be able to live the remainder of your
life as free from all prescription drugs, as free from any preventable
disease, as free from all excessive body weight, and as free from
foreclosure of life as your genes can permit. |
